Rav Pealim established in the year 1984 by Rabbi Yosef Chaim under the guidance of Rabbi Ben Zion Aba Shaul, z"l and his directives geared our actions in its creation.
Rav Pealim- as its name says- constant functions!

The head of the organization, Rabbi Yehuda Shemesh,z"l accepted on himself in dedication and devotion without fatigue the mission to increase Torah and its greatness. The whole time, he made firm two goals:

First and foremost – The acquisition of a religious education for every Jewish child, according to our Rabbis,z"l.

The second goal- proper development of children regarding motor skills and emotional and social skills. This is the educational point of view.

In the area of education emphasis was applied on correct ways of living, good manners. The instructions on how to apply this practically is knowledge greatly accumulated. In the subject of the children's development emphasis is put on the children's needs beginning with basic needs for healthy meals, pure water, heating and air conditioning, safe playground areas and more… In Rav Pealim there is complete relationship to the students' situation and their feelings.

There is investment in building a positive perception for each boy and girl. The introduction to reading, writing and arithmetic is thorough as is speech enrichment and reading comprehension. This teaching is done in a special manner that inculcates the basics in a thorough and flowing fashion that stays with them through the years.

At Rav Pealim, there exists a real feeling that every child is important. Each student is guided according his ability and development all in a relaxed atmosphere. No child is weighed against another's abilities and the results are fitting. The children utilize their strength to reach high levels. The children appreciate and honor everyone; there are no behavior problems and much success and happiness!

At Rav Pealim, the staff and parents understand each others needs and requirements. The tendency is toward full participation between the staff and parents in order to achieve the utmost for the children. The atmosphere is very special, there is no censuring.

At Rav Pealim, the second generation of students marches with their parents in an identical path toward the same lofty goals.

At Rav Pealim, everyone thanks G-d for the opportunity to educate Jewish children and pray that it continues until the arrival of Mashiach.

For Rav Pealim, there is a chain of participants for fulfilling this important mitzvah and they pray to G-d that their reward will be multiplied in order to see future upright generations.
