HaRav Yekutiel Yehuda Teitelbaum

I am writing in regards to the Mosdot of Chasidei Belz Machnovke in Eretz Yisroel under the guidance of HaRav Rokach, shlit"a that has been in existence for 8 years and every year grows in size. There are over 800 students who learn Torah through Yiras Shamayim and Chassidus. Their good name stands before them and many of their students teach and give over Torah to the public.

As in the letter of the Gaon, Rabbi Freund, z"l the Torah given over in this institution should rise up as on a ladder reaching great heights.

The financial bearings of the institution is very great and the administration is bending over from the weight of covering the finances since they don’t accept any government assistance. The responsibility is large and the lack of finances doesn't allow the acceptance of all students who wish to learn in this Mossad. It is a great mitzvah to uphold the Torah taught there and to allow the growth and upkeep this important institution.
